River Hongbao 2024 at Gardens by the Bay

No tickets required, entrance was free. However, there was a security check before entering and bicycles are not allowed, even if dismounted and pushed throughout. Pets on leashes are not allowed to walk on the floor, and I was only allowed in because my pet was in a stroller. Security reminded me multiple times that my cat was not allowed to come out of the stroller, which was vastly different from my experience to such events at gardens by the bay (Christmas Wonderland and Mid-Autumn Festival, both reviewed separately).
