Entire area is outdoors, and they are quite welcoming to pets. Ventilation was good, with natural wind and greenery. When there is a drizzle, they will roll out the shelters but you might still get wet if the winds are strong. Pets are also allowed on the seats. Most other shops within the container park are pet friendly, so it's worth going over and try asking the staff at whichever food outlet.
