Located along the outside of Punggol Waterway Point (reviewed separately), but still considered within the Mall's space outside Don Don Donki. Fully sheltered but not air conditioned. Sufficient fans and ventilation so it doesnt feel too stuffy, and not too noisy if there are other dogs around. 

Pets are allowed on the seats, and they are very welcoming to the pets. They even offer some free freeze dried snacks for the pets which I did not accept as my geriatric cat is very picky. 

Food was not very cheap, but on par with most other pet friendly cafes. Food a little light in taste but still alright.
