Pets are allowed on leashes and hence allowed to touch the floor but I always bring my cat in the stroller. Has a pet lovers' centre outlet that is fairly large, and beside Animal Wellness Centre. It is fully sheltered so the floor stays dry even when it rains. There is also a cat cafe located near the taxi stand, and my cat enjoys chilling with them with a glass between.

Unfortunately, most eateries and shops do not allow pets to enter, even if in a stroller or bag. As far as I am aware, Warm Up Cafe (reviewed separately) on L2 and the Korean restaurant on L1 allow pets as there are outdoor seating areas. Dewgather unfortunately does not allow pets back when I asked the staff if my cat in stroller was allowed to dine with me in the outdoor area.
