Contrary to many other websites indicating that NEX is a pet-friendly mall, in fact only a small area of it is. Have clarified with the management on this matter, as proven in my attached screenshot. 

Only Pet Safari and a small outdoor area on the rooftop allows pets. There is no more vet and playground for dogs. Pets are not allowed in the rooftop from the point that leads towards the gym and library, and this is demarcated by a yellow line painted on the floor. Only 2 designated lifts allow pets, and the lifts can get extremely crowded with long waiting times, as these lifts serve a few carpark floors that many other lifts do not.
