Have emailed in to clarify if pets are allowed, especially since Surrey Hills Grocer (reviewed separately) is a part of the mall albeit placed on the outside. A lot of takeaway food options are available in the basement, and there are travellators from L1 to B1 making it easy to the basement with the stroller. 

Pets are still not allowed in most shops, and have to be secured in a stroller or carrier. I believe as long as the pet is not in contact with the floor.
